The driver shakes, "I only had one beer"

Kirk growls and starts punching the driver.

The driver tries to get away from Kirk as several emergency vehicles show up

The driver shakes and police quickly come over and tear Kirk away from him

The cops hold Kirk and handcuff him

Kirk "lemme go! check the fucker's breath...he had a more than one damn beer!"

The cop nods, "We will but we need you to calm down sir and we'll remove the handcuffs" he tells kirk

2009-03-24 [Ritsuka-Kun]: Kirk nods and starts taking deep breaths

-stands in front of you- cmon james not worth it man not worth it

2009-03-24 [wolvie]: *stops and looks at you then nods and tries to calm down*

The cop nods and pats Kirk's shoulder then they arrest the driver quickly while EMT's check on cliffy's body then shake their heads and go to James instead

2009-03-24 [wolvie]: *talks with the emt's and agree's to go with them to the hospital as they make me get on a stretcher just in case* i want lars to come with me...

The cop gently undoes the handcuff's on Kirk
